Payment Options

The Meander Manor accepts Visa, Master, Diners, Amex cards, Cash or Electronic
transfers. PLEASE NOTE THAT WE DO NOT ACCEPT
CHEQUES OF ANY KIND.
Gratuities:
Gratuities are not charged and
we leave this entirely to your discretion. We do ask however, that if any gratuities are given, that they are
paid either to Management or placed in the facilities provided at reception. Management will then ensure that
all staff, including those behind the scenes is included in the division of anything earned.
Banking details will be
provided on all Pro Forma invoices that are supplied to you on reservation. Once the deposit payment has been
made, it would be appreciated if proof of payment could either be emailed to info@meandermanor.co.za or faxed through to +27
(0)32 525 8143.

Check Ins & Check Outs
:
Check ins is between 2pm –
5pm depending on the time of the wedding taking place or otherwise arranged with Management. Check outs are
at 10am on the day of departure to allow the staff to clean the suites in readiness for other guests checking
in. Guests are welcome to leave their luggage for later collection if
necessary.
All keys for the suites MUST be
left at the reception on departure. Any keys not handed in at reception will be charged for at the replacement
cost.
