Meander Manor Wedding Venue Hire
Costs
The cost of the hiring and securing the use of the venue for your wedding day is
R8,000 plus a R2,000 damage deposit for 100 – 150 guests. An increase in the number of guests from 150 – 250
increases the venue hire cost to R9,000 plus the R2,000 damage deposit. The damage deposit of R2,000 will be refunded to you after 7 days provided that there has been no
damage or loss to the property, furniture, fittings or any accounts that have been left
unpaid.
The accommodation is for the use of you and your guests on the day of your
wedding. No other outside guests will be accommodated at ‘The Manor
‘
on this day. Should you require
accommodation the day before or after your wedding and utilize at least 50% suites available, no other outside
guests will be accommodated. You will not be liable for the empty
suites. No
other outside guests will be accommodated on these days.
Payment of the deposits must be paid 6 months prior to the date of your wedding to secure the
venue and the facilities exclusively for your chosen date, where our terms and conditions
apply.
Please note that upon cancellation you will forfeit the venue hire deposit according to our
cancellation policy, all cancellations MUST be made in writing, verbal cancellations will not be
accepted. The damage deposit will be refunded to you in
full.
Kindly note that ‘The Manor ‘will be exclusively reserved on the day of your wedding for your
use only.This in effect means that you have booked out the venue and all
the accommodation (at a discounted rate!) for your guests and family.You
may allocate the suites to which you would like to occupy. Most bridal
couples pay for their immediate families and expect their other guests to settle their own accounts and we are
happy to assist you where possible in doing this.
